Fish caviar pakoras


Main ingredient:------


Fish caviar : 1/2 kg


Raw ingredients :--------


Corn flour : 1 cup


Gram flour/ Besan: 2 cups


Onions : 2 large


Garlic : 100 gms


Ginger: 100 gms


Chilli : 2 nos


Coriander : half bunch


Dry ingredients :-----


Turmeric--1 tea spoon


Cumin seeds powder : 1 tea spoon


Coriander seeds powder : 1 tea spoon


Black pepper powder : 1 tea spoon


Chilli powder : 1 tea spoon


Baking powder : 1 tea spoon


Oil to fry


Salt to taste

Procedure :-------


Chop the raw ingredients and mix with the caviar


Add the dry ingredients and keep aside for 5 min


Heat oil and drop the mixture in the oil by the help of a table or tea spoon as per the size desired.


Fry till golden brown and have with favorable chutney or sauce.
